Getting started with your own business can be one of the most risky and difficult decisions you will make in your life, especially now that we're dealing with a pandemic.

A 21-year-old, third-year college student completing a bachelor of art in communication course, Aleisandra Larioza came up with the idea while in the middle of pandemic in March 2020. Due to the lack of things can do at home, she always creates digital layouts on her phone, but because she also had no income and it was impossible to generate money during those times, she believed that it maybe a good idea if she could just print those layout designs on shirts, develop and launch a small business.

For her, it was exciting and very easy to conceptualized, make a plan and do some stuff for her business because she used to help some of her friends building their own business and she have a skills doing arts and design or simply to say, she love, can do and knows anything related to arts. However, when she was about to begin her business, she ran into numerous barriers and reasons for it to be halted in April 2020. The pandemic destroyed her father’s job because no one would buy future design during the lockdown and her mother's sales also ended. As a result, she decided to give her money that will use for the launching of her business to her mother and father just to at least survive for this pandemic, and just focus on her studies.

After a year, it’s also one year period of time bothering her mind about her business that should have been starting at that time. But one day she realized that she should try one more time, believe herself and put trust only to God. May 17, 2021 she post several Shirts with different layout designs in Shopee and promote it on Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok just according to her original plans a year ago, the only thing on her mind is "Bahala na, God will provide".

After a month, June 23, 2021 at 11:38PM she was surprised that her cellphone notified and it came from the shopee saying that she should arrange shipment for her first order! Nothing could match the joy and excitement she felt because her shop was finally visible to customers, she started with one order until she received 50-100pcs of orders per month and this is just the beginning of her journey to success.
